Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds for change of mind are not accepted. However, if the purchased product is found to be faulty or malfunctioning, you may return it for a warranty claim.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team: Our team will provide guidance on how to process your return. If you are returning the item via courier service, please ensure the following:
  • Place the item securely in its original packaging.

Warranty Claim Processing

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your warranty claim. Please allow up to 21 days from the date we receive your item for the claim to be processed.
